Apple Computer

Apple Computer displayed an exterior banner during the NECC 2000 show in June. There were 12,000 attendees overall & 1,200 exhibit booths. Apple registered 5,000 customers at their corporate booth. "The hotel banner made a huge impact on the NECC customer base, & we received customer feedback that Apple owned the show because of this high visibility", said David Montgomery, Education Marketing Specialist for Apple.

DECORATOR & INSURANCE















Decorator
The show decorator will normally be the contact for hanging exterior banners. The Omni Hotel recomends using either GES Exposition Services, Inc. or Freeman Decorating Company; both are familiar with hanging banners from the exterior walls of the hotel and CNN Center Complex.

Insurance
A certificate of liability insurance from both the show decorator and the client organization is required within 30 days of the installation date.
ARTWORK, COPY APPROVAL, CONTRACTS, & PAYMENT
Artwork & Copy Approval
The Omni Hotel at CNN Center must approve artwork, layout, & verbiage for all public signs, banners, & displays

Contracts & Payment
The Omni Hotel at CNN Center will provide the contract for the space to be reserved. Banner production/construction, insurance, transport, and decorator hanging/removal costs are NOT included in the prices noted for exterior banner space. Full payment is expected 21 days prior to the installation date.
